Job Description:

-      Design and develop MicroLED display technology, including LED chip design, manufacturing processes, and packaging techniques.

-      Participate in the research and development of novel MicroLED materials and processes to enhance the performance and reliability of display devices.

-      Design and optimize the drive circuits and control systems for MicroLED displays to ensure high-quality display performance and stability.

-      Develop test plans and conduct performance evaluations to address technical issues and defects during production.

-      Collaborate with team members to drive innovation and commercialization of MicroLED technology, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet expected objectives.

Qualifications:

-      Bachelor's degree or above in electrical engineering, materials science, optoelectronics, or related fields.

-      Familiarity with the principles and process flow of MicroLED technology, with preference given to candidates with relevant project experience.

-      Proficiency in semiconductor device design and manufacturing processes, with excellent problem-solving skills.

-      Familiarity with testing and performance evaluation methods for display devices, with strong data analysis skills.

-      Strong team spirit and communication skills, able to coordinate work within cross-functional teams.
